Step-By-Step Guide

After your treatment:

  • Apply gentle, hydrating skincare if you need it.
  • Avoid using makeup or active ingredients (like retinoids or acids) for at least 24 hours.
  • Avoid heat, sweating, and direct sun.

Learn About Your Device

Petal’s Micro-Infusion Device is designed to rejuvenate your skin by delivering powerful, concentrated serums directly beneath the surface, right where your skin can absorb them most effectively.

Each needle is 24K gold-plated and finer than a strand of hair, ensuring a gentle, comfortable experience that delivers visible results over time.

It works through two key mechanisms:

1

Stimulates natural skin renewal

The device triggers your skin’s natural repair process, promoting collagen production for a smoother, firmer, and more radiant complexion.

2

Enhances active ingredient absorption

The ultra-fine microneedles create microscopic channels in the skin’s surface, allowing active ingredients to penetrate deeper and work more efficiently.

Serum Ingredients & Information

Every ingredient is carefully selected and clinically tested for safety and efficacy. Our formula is free from parabens, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8: Peptide that relaxes facial muscles to visibly smooth expression lines and wrinkles without injections.

Ergothioneine: Rare "longevity antioxidant" that protects skin cells from environmental damage and prevents premature aging at the cellular level.

Where to Use

The Petal Micro-Infusion device is designed for use on the face and neck only.

You can safely treat the forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, jawline, and the under-eye area (up to the orbital bone).

Use light, even pressure and pass over each area 2–3 times. If a section feels too sensitive, it's okay to skip it.

Do not use Micro-Infusion on the eyelids, lips, or on areas with active breakouts or broken skin.

Post-Treatment Care & Tips

After your Micro-Infusion treatment, your skin becomes more receptive—and more delicate. Proper aftercare supports optimal absorption, encourages healing, and helps you achieve the best possible results.

For the first 24 hours:

  • Use only gentle, hydrating skincare such as mild cleansers and simple moisturizers.
  • Avoid makeup, direct sun exposure, heat (saunas, workouts), and swimming.
  • Skip active ingredients like retinol, acids, and vitamin C.
  • Refrain from touching your face, especially with unwashed hands.

💡 Mild redness or sensitivity is normal and should settle within a few hours.

The morning after:

  • Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen to protect and maintain your results.

For the next 2–3 days:

  • Gradually return to your regular skincare routine.
  • If you use exfoliants or actives (such as retinol), wait 48–72 hours before reintroducing them.

💧 Pro Tip: Your skin is in repair modee. Treat it gently, stay hydrated, and let the healing process reveal a fresh, radiant glow.

Device Care & Hygiene

Proper cleaning and storage keep your device safe and effective for future use.

  • Each needle head is designed for up to two uses.
  • After treatment, rinse the needle head with warm water to remove residue.
  • Soak in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5–10 minutes to disinfect.
  • Let it air-dry completely on a clean paper towel.
  • Store in a sterile, covered container until your next session.

Always ensure the needle head is fully dry before reattaching it to the device.

Safety Precautions

Before You Begin

FAQs

How quickly will I see results?

  • Most users notice an immediate glow and smoother texture right after their first treatment. Over the next 1–2 days, skin appears more radiant, hydrated, and refreshed. With consistent use, results continue to build—helping refine pores, soften fine lines, and improve overall tone. Depending on your skin and treatment frequency, results can last around 3–4 months.

How often can I use the treatment?

  • For best results, use your Petal Micro-Infusion treatment every 10–14 days. This allows your skin’s natural renewal cycle to fully benefit from each session.

When is the best time to perform a treatment?

  • We recommend performing your Micro-Infusion treatment in the evening before bed, when your skin can rest and recover overnight.

After treatment, avoid makeup, sun exposure, heat (like saunas or workouts), and swimming for at least 24 hours to minimize irritation and support healing.

There’s a lot of serum leftover. Can I save it for another treatment?

  • Each serum ampoule is designed for a single full treatment to ensure freshness and sterility. After completing your session, you can gently pat any remaining serum onto your face and neck.

For best coverage, stamp with about a 50% overlap—each press should slightly overlap the previous one by half its width.

How do I open the serum ampoule?

  1. Hold the ampoule firmly by the base.
  2. Remove the clear cap.
  3. Bend the silver aluminum seal backward until it snaps off cleanly.
  4. Attach your empty Petal ampoule with the needle head on top of the freshly opened serum ampoule.

How do I open the empty Petal needle ampoule?

  • Hold the base securely, then gently twist and lift off the top section (the part with the needles) while keeping the protective cap in place to maintain sterility.
Once removed, attach it directly to the opened serum ampoule.

Why isn’t the serum coming out when stamping?

Ensure the serum has flowed down into the needle chamber.

  • Tilt the device slightly downward so the serum moves toward the needle end.
  • If needed, reattach the cap and hold the device upside down, tapping gently on the base to help the serum flow through the needles.

You should see a light glisten of serum on the skin as you stamp.

Can I use Micro-Infusion around the eyes?

  • Yes, but use very gentle pressure and only up to your orbital bone (the area surrounding your eye socket).
Avoid stamping on eyelids or directly near the lash line. One gentle pass in this area is sufficient.

Can I use it on my neck?

  • Absolutely. Micro-Infusion can help improve the appearance of fine lines, creases, and uneven texture on the neck. Stamp gently and evenly for best results, avoiding excessive overlap or pressure.

Does the treatment hurt?

  • The Petal Micro-Infusion device is designed to be virtually painless. The gold-plated microneedles are finer than a strand of hair and penetrate only the skin’s surface. You may feel a mild tingling or pricking sensation, which is completely normal.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

  • Yes. The treatment is safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin. If you experience irritation, wait a few extra days between sessions and focus on gentle hydration. Avoid use on active breakouts or broken skin.
